Kirtling Village Hall has recently agreed a car parking policy which has important implications for any CRC group wishing to make use of the car park.
1 Any requests for parking should be made in advance to Stuart Vause at vauses@tiscali.co.uk
2 Mr Vause will check the hall’s calendar and confirm whether parking is available or not
3 A charge of £15 will be made for use of the Car Park and this will be invoiced to the organiser of the ramble/the person requesting parking
4 It will be the responsibility of the organiser to obtain parking fees from individual attendees
Following these steps will mean that, once booked, walk organisers/leaders can guarantee that car parking will be available at the Hall. It will also provide a small income to Kirtling Village Hall.
