Wednesday B Morning Walks

General walk information:

BAM walks are between 5 ½ and 6 ½ miles and walked at a pace of about 3 miles/hr. We begin at 10.00 prompt (unless otherwise stated) and usually finish between 12.30-1.00 pm. For the winter we will be offering one walk each week. Please let the leader know you are coming by sending them a text (or call). Please send the text (or call) before 6pm on the day before the walk. We do not stop for lunch but there is normally a short break for a drink etc.

Walk: Saffron Walden

Start of walk: 10.00 am

Car parking: Car parking at Swam Meadow carpark. Off the B184 on the RHS just before entering the town. Car parking charges apply (about £3, bring change).  TL 534385. The walk is about 6 miles, with good views if the weather permits. The paths are good but if it has been raining hard there may be some mud.
