Parking is at the Fox and Duck, Therfield, Herts SG8 9PN. The pub will be open for orders before the start of the walk, please pay for your food when ordering.

The morning loop is around 7.5 miles taking in a section of the Icknield Way to Royston Heath before returning to the pub for lunch. The afternoon walk is a 4.5 mile loop via Kelshall.
