Wednesday B Morning Walks

General walk information:

BAM walks are between 5 ½ and 6 ½ miles and walked at a pace of about 3 miles/hr. We begin at 10.00 prompt (unless otherwise stated) and usually finish between 12.30-1.00 pm. For the summer, we will be offering one walk each week. Please let the leader know you are coming by sending them a text (or call).  We do not stop for lunch but there is normally a short break for a drink etc.

No one should come on the walk if they feel even slightly ill.

Walk A: Caldecote and Bourn

Start of walk: 10.00 am

Car parking At the Highfields village Rec at the end of Furlong Way (CB23 7AA)’ From Cambridge take Madingly road, get onto A428 at Madingly Mulch roundabout (~5 miles) and come off at next junction signposted Hardwick, Caldecote, Dry Drayton.  At roundabout take second exit onto old A428, signed Caldecote and Bourn. At next roundabout (with BP garage) turn left into Caldecote, over 3 mini roundabouts And at the next mini roundabout, turn right on to Furlong Road
