The club spent a great week in the Lake District, based at Keswick from 11th to 18th September. We enjoyed some wonderful walks and a few photos can be found here. Thanks to all those who volunteered to provide a comprehensive programme of walks at all ability levels and to Jenny for co-ordinating everything. Some of us went to the theatre (The 39 Steps) and the opera (Aida by Satellite) and a generally good time was had by all. With a good range of accommodation and other facilities, everyone present agreed that we should return to Keswick again in September 2016.
