Distance: 12.5 miles, 6.5 miles am, 6 miles pm.

We have been granted permission to park at Darnall’s Hall Farm, Green End,  SG4 7AL.

The walk takes the Hertfordshire and the Icknield Way paths to Wallington and Rushden, and returns via Luffenhall and Halls Green.      Lunch is at The Moon & Stars pub by Rushden.  (Own food away from the premises please).

Travel : Take the A505 west from Royston, by-pass Baldock through the tunnel, bear left at the first roundabout after, and take the next turning left (approx 1/4 mile) signposted Graveley. After about 300yds turn off left on the bend, signed to Weston. This lane takes you directly into the village centre and a small triangular green by the Red Lion pub. Turn left at this green then keep straight ahead for about half a mile to Darnall’s Hall Farm. Park on a concrete open area fronting several large agricultural buildings.
