General walk information:

BAM walks are between 5 ½ and 6 ½ miles and walked at a pace of about 3 miles/hr. We begin at 10.00 prompt (unless otherwise stated) and usually finish between 12.30-1.00 pm. For the winter we will be offering one walk each week. Please let the leader know you are coming by sending them a text (or call). We do not stop for lunch but there is normally a short break for a drink etc.

Walk: Grantchester

Start of walk: 10.00 am

Car parking: Meet at the Trumpington park and ride – CB2 9FT

We will walk through Trumpington Meadows, Grantchester Meadows along the river out to Newnham where we will stop for coffee. We will retrace our steps, diverting through Grantchester village.
