Parking: Park south end of Barrow in car park by shops & recycling bins off Brittons Road, Barrow (opposite War Memorial on the green)

General walk info: A circular walk north & east of Barrow with fine views over the surrounding countryside

In line with the requirements for official group walks of more than 6 people as approved by the Ramblers (the national body for walking) everyone coming on the walk must provide the leader with contact details.

Your details will be held for 21 days for Covid -19 `Test & trace` purposes & then deleted. The maximum number of people allowed on this walk is 8.

No one should come on the walk if they feel even slightly ill. Please make sure that you bring with you a face covering, hand sanitiser and any walking poles you need; no equipment or refreshments can be shared beyond households. In line with government guidelines members are asked to observe ‘social distancing’ on the walk.

Lunch; No official lunch though there is a pub (The Three Horseshoes) in the village.
