Walk starts at Comberton Recreation Ground car park, which is at the northern end of Hines Lane (TL 381563). Coming from Cambridge through Barton into Comberton, turn right (just before the zebra crossing by the Post Office store) into Hines Lane. At the end of the lane go through the gateway into the gravel car park.

The walk will go West to Toft and North to Hardwick Wood, returning via Starve Goose plantation.

As this walk is nearly 7 miles, the finish time is predicted as 12:45 rather than 12:30.
