Wednesday B All-day walk – Little Eversden and Wimpole Hall

Walk length: Approximately 8 miles
Walk details: 4,5 miles in the morning and 3.5 miles after lunch
Meeting point and parking: Park in Little Eversden High Street and meet by the old thatched barn about a third of a mile down on the left. Postcode CB23 1HE
Lunch arrangements: We’ll stop for lunch at Wimpole Hall restaurant / picnic area. The Old Rectory Restaurant serves food including sandwiches, jacket potatoes, soup, sausage rolls and vegan pasties. Dogs are allowed on the terrace.
For those eating a packed lunch, there should be space on the picnic benches, but bringing something to sit on is wise, in case it’s busy that day.
