Walk length:  Approximately 7.5 miles (5.5 miles before lunch)

Walk details: There are a couple of short, fairly steep inclines but walk is otherwise flat and on good paths. No stiles.

Meeting place and parking: Recreation Ground Car Park, High Street, Barrington, South Cambridgeshire (there is also a car park beside All Saints Church opposite, CB22 7RE )

Directions: From Cambridge : Along Trumpington Road (A1134) then A10, after Foxton turn right to Shepreth on the Shepreth Road and follow the road round into Barrington and the High Street. (NB The earlier road to Barrington at the Foxton road sign might be closed due to road works.) Alternatively take the Barton Road, A 603, turning left to Haslingfield. At Haslingfield, take a right turn up Chapel Hill to Barrington .

The menu for November is shown below. Sandwiches are BLT and Cheese & Pickle plus 2 other options which will be on the Sandwich Board in the pub on the day. (White ciabatta). Anyone who wishes to have one of the two unspecified sandwich options should state this when booking. Christine will pass this on to the pub and you can make your choice when the group arrives for lunch.

For anyone bringing sandwiches, there is a bench on the grass verge opposite the pub.
