Mileage : A figure of eight: morning 7.8 miles, afternoon 4.1 miles.

Lunch : The pub will open at 0930 for food orders and toilets.

Walk and Route : The walk is nearly all off-road, with a mixture of open and wooded sections, and a couple of field crossings.
