The walk starts in the Recreation Ground car park in Burwell TL 584 674

From Cambridge take the B1102. After 1.1 miles from the 30 mph sign turn left onto The Causeway. After 0.3 miles turn left into Hythe Lane. At the end of the lane (0.2 miles) turn right into the car park.

The morning walk will be to Upware along Wicken Fen (approx. 7 miles). In the afternoon we will return along the river bank before joining the Ely to Cambridge cycle route back to Burwell (approx. 5 miles)
