The walk starts from Cemetery Drive, Lode. Turn into Lode village past the church on the right;  200 yards further, turn right into single track cemetery drive. The car park is at the end.

The walk is 8 miles in the morning via Longmeadow to Upware. Lunch is at No Hurry Inn, afternoon is 5.5 miles back to Lode past Lode Marina.
