This figure of 8 walk starts from Three Tuns pub, 30 High St, Guilden Morden SG8 0JP.   When you get to Guilden Morden (not Steeple M), turn right by the church opposite the King Edward pub down Church Street.  At the end turn left, and the pub will be on the right.

This is a community owned pub, the sandwiches are enormous, and recommended.  The pub will be open for orders, and you can use the pub car park;  there’s more parking on the street, which you may want to use if you are not eating at the pub.

If you are coming just for the afternoon, please be at the pub to leave by 1.30pm

The walk will be 6.75 and 4.5 miles.  A bit shorter than anticipated, but this avoids most of the ploughed fields.  Morning will be east and south to Ashwell Street, and afternoon north up to the River Cam..
