The walk will start at 6.45 p.m. from the layby on the A603 in Barton, just before Wallis’s garage on the left (postcode CB23 7AW).

Take the A603 from Cambridge towards Barton.  Cross the M11 and go past a right-hand turn to Comberton/Toft. Immediately after the 40mph speed limit changes to 30mph on a right-hand bend turn left into a large lay-by.  There is no ‘P’ sign.

The walk is approx. 6 miles.

In line with the requirements for group walks of more than six people, as approved by the Ramblers (the national body for walking), everyone coming on the walk must provide the leader with their contact details.

Your details will be held for 21 days for Covid-19 ‘test and trace’ purposes, then deleted. The maximum number of people allowed on any walk is 30.

No one should come on the walk if they feel even slightly ill. Please make sure that you bring with you a face covering, hand sanitiser and any walking poles you need; no equipment or refreshments can be shared beyond households. In line with government guidance, members are asked to observe ‘social distancing’ on the walk.
