We meet at the car park of The Red House pub, Longstowe (CB3 7UT for satnavers).

I suggest the easiest route is to take the Barton Road A603; and just over a mile after the Wimpole turning, turn right at the roundabout onto the A1198 (the Old North Road). Continue for about 3 miles, and you’ll find the pub on the left.

As we are using the pub’s car park, we are expected to buy a drink or something after the walk.

As stated in our CRC programme, the walk is about 5 miles.
