From north or east of Cambridge take the A14 then A428 and exit at the Hardwick roundabout.  Alternatively take the A1303 from Cambridge towards Hardwick roundabout.  Take the old St Neots Road towards Caldecote and Bourn, crossing another roundabout.  After the Caldecote turn on left, take next turn on left to Bourn.  On entering Bourn you pass 40mph and then just after 30mph sign and Lalbagh Indian pub on right, turn right at sign on right for sports field.  Car park and Jubilee Playing Field are at end of tarmac lane between houses.   If using satnav address is Alms Hill, CB23 2SH.

My walk will take us through Hayley and Waresley woods, hopefully with bluebells and other wild flowers out.  May also get to see Buzzard or Red kite which are around that area. It is a very pretty route with a pub stop at Great Gransden where we can usually eat outside.
