Ashdon Car Park, Radwinter Road, Ashdon, CB10 2EX (GR 587419)
Take A1307 towards Haverhill. After Linton turn right to Bartlow. In Bartlow turn right to Ashdon. In Ashdon opposite Rose & Crown pub turn left towards Radwinter. The car park is 50yds on the right. Please park at back of car park.
Ashdon to Little Walden and return. This walk heads south west to Church End. From there we strike across the remarkably open uninhabited countryside to the west, following the route of the Harcamlow Way. The route diverts from this to ensure a refreshing lunchtime stop at The Crown, Little Walden. We return eastwards enjoying some spectacular views from a more northern route to return to Ashdon where perhaps the Museum Tea Room will be open.
