Start of walk: Everton SG19 2LD, arrive to be ready to depart from outside the Thornton Arms Pub at 9.30.

Car parking: Park in Church Road and in Potton Road on the opposite side to the recreation ground or on Sandy Road beyond the Tempsford turning (leave Church End for churchgoers).

General walk information: Down to Gibraltar Farm barn, past Tetworth Hall, skirting Gamlingay, Potton Wood, lunch beside Potton Church (open), through attractive part of Potton, back passing close to Sandy Heath TV transmitter.

In line with the requirements for group walks of more than 6 people, as approved by the Ramblers (the national body for walking), everyone coming on the walk must provide the leader with contact details. Please text or phone the leader if you plan to come. Please remember to give your name as part of your text! Your details will be held for 21 days for Covid-19 ‘test and trace’ purposes, then deleted. The maximum number of people allowed on this walk is 18.
No one should come on the walk if you feel even slightly ill. Please make sure that you bring with you a face covering, hand sanitiser and any walking poles you need; no equipment or refreshments can be shared beyond households. In line with government guidelines members are asked to observe ‘social distancing’ on the walk.
