Sunday A walk : ELTON July 25th 9.45am
Start of walk and parking: The start of the walk and parking are in Elton, 3 miles from Peterborough, by the church. The parking is opposite the Black Horse Pub, post code PE8 6RU,Grid ref 089935.
If travelling from Cambridge, take the A14 and then North onto the A1 north, turning left onto the A605 Oundle Northampton Road. In just over 3 miles turn right to Elton and park opposite the Black Horse pub. Please arrive in time to be walking by 9.45.

Lunch; There will not be a pub stop so please bring a packed lunch and other refreshments for the day.
The walk will visit Yarwell, Apethorpe, Woodnewton and Fotheringhay with its Mary Queen of Scots association

No one should come on the walk if they feel even slightly ill. Please make sure that you bring with you a face covering, hand sanitiser and any walking poles you need; no equipment or refreshments can be shared beyond households.
