Wednesday B Morning Walks

General walk information:

BAM walks are between 5 ½ and 6 ½ miles and walked at a pace of about 3 miles/hr. We begin at 10.00 prompt (unless otherwise stated) and usually finish between 12.30-1.00 pm. For the summer, we will be offering one walk each week. Please let the leader know you are coming by sending them a text (or call). The number of participants in each walk is at the leader’s discretion. We do not stop for lunch but there is normally a short break for a drink etc.

Walk B: Stretham and Little Thetford

Start of walk: 10.00 am

Car parking: From Cambridge take A10, at Stretham roundabout turn R towards Wicken.

Approx 200m to Zebra crossing turn Left after the crossing into High St and park safely usually on the Right. The walk goes along the River Cam, returning by Little Thetford back to Stretham. We may encounter nettles.  If wet, there may be mud too.
