General walk information:

BAM walks are between 5 ½ and 6 ½ miles and walked at a pace of about 3 miles/hr. We begin at 10.00 prompt (unless otherwise stated) and usually finish between 12.30-1.00 pm. For the summer, we will be offering one walk each week. Please let the leader know you are coming by sending them a text (or call).  We do not stop for lunch but there is normally a short break for a drink etc.

No one should come on the walk if they feel even slightly ill.

Walk: Ashton

Car parking: At the Methodist Church Carpark.

On entering Ashdon from Bartlow, look out for the Rose & Crown pub.  Turn left at the junction opposite the pub. About 200 yards up that road ( Radwinter Road ) you will find a car park on the right hand side. It is the Methodist car park, however we have permission to park there. Please use the back of the carpark.    Post code CB10 2ET.

The walk will be mainly on tracks and field edges
