Wednesday B Morning Walks

General walk information:

BAM walks are between 5 ½ and 6 ½ miles and walked at a pace of about 3 miles/hr. We begin at 10.00 prompt (unless otherwise stated) and usually finish between 12.30-1.00 pm. For the Summer we will be offering one walk each week. Please let the leader know you are coming by sending them a text (or call). We do not stop for lunch but there is normally a short break for a drink etc.

Walk: Ashley

Start of walk: 10.00 am

Car Parking:    Ashley is on the B1063 from Newmarket. At Ashley the road turns sharply to the right.   About a quarter of a mile further there is an entrance on the righthand side into the                     village hall carpark. Nearest postcode CB8 9DX

The walk is 6 Miles. The route is circular on field edges, through studs, and  some road walking  through  Cheveley.   Dependant on weather conditions paths could be muddy in places.
