THERE MAY BE A PROTEST CAUSING THE CLOSURE OF THE FEN CAUSEWAY/LENSFIELD ROAD ROUNDABOUT BY THE ROYAL HOTEL ON THE 16TH AND 23RD FEBRUARY

This 14 mile walk will be led by Margaret and Larry with an 8.45 car share from Harvey Rd. The car parking and start of the walk are at the Great Chesterford Community Centre, Newmarket Rd, Gt Chesterford CB10 1NU. GR 505432. If coming on the A11, drive to Stumps Cross, turn Left at 1st roundabout, Right at second onto B1383 and just before you enter the village the Community centre is on your left. If going straight to the start, please be there by 9.15.

The 8.5 mile morning takes in the village and has some good long views due to a number of uphill sections. Lunch will be in Saffron Walden with an afternoon of 5.5 miles.
