A Club member has recently been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis, inflammation of the tissues of the heel and the underside of the foot. This very debilitating condition has severely affected her walking. However, following advice from a physiotherapist she has been following some exercises specifically aimed at increasing flexibility and strength in the ankle. And they seem to be working!
