Norman will lead a walk from Clavering Village Hall. Grid ref TL481324, Explorer 195. Circuit via  Rickling, Manuden and Little London.  Approx 11.5 miles, 6.5 miles am, 5 miles pm. Mostly good going on firm surfaces.

Take B1183 from Stumps Cross to Newport then turn right on B1039 to Clavering. Village Hall is signed on the right as you reach the village.

Lunch at ‘The Yew Tree’, Manuden, upmarket gastropub with excellent and expensive menu but sandwiches also available.
