Cambridge Meridian Golf Club – Toft Church – Bourn Brook – Armshold Lane – circular
We start walking at 10.30 from the Golf Club. Di and Catherine leading
A reservation has been made for lunch so please pre-order in the clubhouse between 10.10 and 10.25 if you wish to stay. If possible, please let me know if you intend to stay for lunch.
From Cambridge take the A603 along Barton Road. Cross over the M11 then take a right hand turn on the B1046 through Barton village. Continue on this road through Comberton past the Village College. Look out for a red and white sign on your left indicating the entrance to the Cambridge Meridian golf club is 400 yards ahead then turn left at the ‘Sunday Carvery’ sign. Park immediately on your right, near the hedge in the first section of the car park, furthest away from the club house.

If coming via the A428, take the turning signed ‘Hardwick’. At the junction with the B1046 turn left and soon right at the black sign for Cambridge Meridian Golf Club. Park immediately on your right furthest away from the clubhouse.

Walk The walk is about 3 miles or so, past Toft Church, over Bourn Brook then on field paths alongside a stream. At a minor road, we soon turn left along a bridleway, Armshold Lane, across a field, past Toft church and back to the golf club for lunch.
