The walk will be from Trumpington through Hobson’s Park to the Nine Wells Local Nature Reserve, where there are springs that are the source of Hobson’s Brook. Views of the Biomedical Campus dominate the walk, but there is also a bird reserve. The walk is about 4.5 miles; a shorter one could just loop round the bird reserve.Meet at the Lord Byron Inn, 22 Church Lane, Trumpington CB2 9LA. Church Lane is one way so you need to go via Maris Lane or Grantchester Road. Coffee at 10am, start walking at 10.30am.
