C group walk on Wednesday 27th. October is Histon to Girton and back

We will meet outside Tesco in Histon High Street and start walking at 10.30am.
There is parking behind Tesco and in Home Close.
We will walk to Girton via the Community Orchard and then across the fields on a cinder track. Depending on the rain in the next few days, we will either walk back on field paths or retrace our steps on the better drained pathway. This is a short 3 mile walk.

If you would like to bring a packed lunch, the Community Orchard is a lovely area in which to picnic. There is also a wealth of cafes and pubs in Histon if you wish to stop for lunch at the end of the walk.
