The ramble begins at the Axe and Compass in Hemingford Abbots (High Street, Hemingford Abbots PE28 9AH). As usual we meet at 10am for coffee, leave at 10.30, walk for about 2 hours and return at about 12.30 for (optional) lunch. The walk is about 4.5 miles, a lot of it in water meadows by the river, to St Ives and back. It’s flat with no stiles. Contact the leader if you wish to come.
