Entering Newmarket from the Cambridge direction, turn RIGHT at the first traffic lights and follow this road right through to CHEVELEY.  In CHEVELEY turn RIGHT at the crossroads.  A few hundred yards up thie road is a long wall on the right. Look for a gap in this wall and turn into the playing field car park.
The pub, the Crown in Ashley, does not open at lunchtime but we may use their outdoor tables to eat our own food.
