Wednesday Morning B walk – Stetchworth – 6.5 miles

Parking at Church Lane by the war memorial in Stetchworth.

From Cambridge take the A1303 to the large roundabout with the stallion & groom structure.
Take the 3rd exit and follow signposts to Stetchworth.
As you drive into the village Church Lane is the first lane on Left hand side.

Walk will be 6 miles on a mixture of grass tracks & lanes, walking through Stetchworth, into Dullingham Ley and on to Woodditton, finishing on the Devil’s Dyke and back to Stetchworth.
Not anticipating an excess of mud – but there are nettles at various points along the route, so wear shorts at your peril….

Wednesday Morning B walks are moderate speed – 3 m.p.h. on good terrain. Start at 10.00. There will be a 10 minute drink stop part way. As no lunch is involved, it is not necessary to phone the leader – just turn up.
