From Trumpington take Grantchester Rd towards Grantchester.

The car park entrance is on the left just before a row of cottages near the river.  It is signposted to Byron’s pool.    The walk will be mainly farm and brookside walking near Grantchester, including a close-up view of radio telescopes and a quick look at the new Trumpington Meadows Country Park.

Wednesday B Morning walks are moderate speed – 3 m.p.h. on good terrain.

There will be a 10 minute drinks stop part way.

As no lunch is involved it is not necessary to phone leader – just turn up – start at 10:00.
