The walk will start from the Fen Drayton Lakes car park. The walk is approx. 6.5 miles.   No Hills

Directions:

From A14 take road into Swavesey. After approx. 1 mile take left-hand turn signed Nature Reserve, into Rose and Crown Road. Turn right at brown sign Nature Reserve.

Turn left at Public Bridleway with signs ‘welcome to Fen Drayton Lakes’.

Follow road (beware potholes) bearing left then right to cross busway.

Continue ahead, car park is on left-hand side.

It is possible to travel to the start of the walk on the guided bus. The stop is ‘Fen Drayton lakes’ and it is a few minutes walk to the car park.

Wednesday B Morning walks are moderate speed – 3 m.p.h. on good terrain.
Start at 10:00. There will be a 10 minute drinks stop part way.
As no lunch is involved it is not necessary to phone leader – just turn up.
