Wednesday B Morning walk – Barrington – 6 miles

A 6 mile circular walk starting from the Village Hall car park in Barrington (address is 63 High St, Barrington, Cambridgeshire, post code CB22 7QX). Please park at the back of the car park and as far into the left corner (away from the Hall) as possible. Barrington is off the A10, about half way between Cambridge and Royston. The village hall is on the main road through Barrington, same side as and near to The Royal Oak pub (an option for any Lunchers). Donations of £1 per car would be appreciated as we have to make a gesture for use of the car park. The walk will be mainly rural with a little bit of village walking. It will inevitably be muddy.  We head toward Shepreth and then skirt Meldreth before heading north east back to Barrington along the Rhee and Cam.

Wednesday B Morning walks are moderate speed – 3 m.p.h. on good terrain.
There will be a 10 minute drinks stop part way.
As no lunch is involved it is not necessary to phone leader – just turn up.
