Wednesday B Morning walk – Anglesey Abbey – 6 miles

The walk takes us past Lode Mill, alongside Quy Water and then loops around through the countryside to the west and north of Anglesey Abbey to take in Quy Fen, following waterside paths, farm tracks and field edge paths.  Depending on the weather there may be some mud.

Park at Anglesey Abbey (National Trust) car park. This is still free to park.  The walk does not go into the payment/membership area.

Anglesey Abbey is on the B1102 signposted from the A14 junction 35. The postal address is Quy Road Lode Cambridge CB25 9EJ.

Wednesday B Morning walks are moderate speed – 3 m.p.h. on good terrain.
There will be a 10 minute drinks stop part way.
As no lunch is involved it is not necessary to phone leader – just turn up.
