EAST CAMBRIDGE WINTER WALK
Morning 5m., afternoon 1¾m. (straight back to the carpark) or 1½ m. (into town).

Park at the Newmarket Road Park & Ride (GR 4935934). Meet at the pay station.
Lunch is available at the Green Dragon, Chesterton CB4 1NZ (GR 467599). For sandwiches we may use the pub’s benches near the river, but please buy a drink.
There’s a choice in the afternoon between walking into Cambridge (1½m.) and then taking the bus back to the P&R (Drummer St D2) or walking directly back from the Green Dragon to the Newmarket P&R (1¾m.). Also, Citi2 bus goes from near the Green Dragon via Chesterton High St into Cambridge every 10 minutes.
