Directions. Take A14 towards Bury St Edmunds. About 6 miles east of Newmarket take Junction 40 signposted to Barrow. Drive through Barrow,
go just past the small memorial plinth on the little triangular green (which will be on your left hand side). The car park is immediately on the right,
The entrance is a few yards down Brittons Road.

The walk distance is 7 miles, 4.5 miles in the morning and 2.5 miles in the afternoon.

Lunch stop is at the Three Horseshoes, Barrow. Dogs allowed only in the bar area. For those bringing their own food, there is seating by the village pond. There is also a small village Café “the old cowshed”, about 200 yards before we reach the pub.
