Walk 8 miles (6 Miles am – 2 miles pm) – 2 Steep Humpback bridges.
The walk is on gravel cycle tracks, droves, roads and lode banks with very little mud.

Lunch at The Five Miles From Anywhere, No Hurry Inn, Upware.
Own food can be eaten on the riverbank away from the pub, unfortunately there are no seats.
