Wednesday B All-Day walk – Somersham and Pidley

Walk length: 6.5 or 7.5 miles.
Meeting point: In Somersham, either use small car park behind the surgery or on the road by the church. Grid ref 779359, postcode for car park PE28 3EG
Directions: From St Ives take B1086 to Somersham (may initially be shown as B1040). At T junction with B1089 turn right & right again at the War Memorial.
Group size: maximum of 10 people
Lunch arrangements: At the Madcat in Pidley. Leader will advise a suitable place for those who prefer to bring a picnic.

In line with the requirements for group walks of more than six people, as approved by Ramblers UK (the national body for walking), everyone coming on the walk must provide the leader with their contact details.
Please email or phone the leader if you plan to come. Please remember to give your name as part of any message! Your details will be held for 21 days for Covid-19 ‘test and trace’ purposes, then deleted.
No one should come on the walk if they feel even slightly ill. Please make sure that you bring with you a face covering, hand sanitiser and any walking poles you need; no equipment or refreshments can be shared beyond households. In line with government guidance, members are asked to observe ‘social distancing’ on the walk.
