The walk of 13 miles starts from the Wimpole Hall car park (charge for non NT members). The morning walk of around 8 miles is via Orwell and Barrington to Harlton for lunch in the Hare & Hounds, a community-owned pub re-opened in November 2017. Lunch will be a simple affair – soup and/or sandwiches and fairly basic. The afternoon walk of 5 miles returns via Orwell.
