The walk on 10 December is a figure of eight from Wimpole Hall, Arrington, SG8 0BW  Parking is free for National Trust members; the charge for non-members is £2 per car.

The morning walk is approximately 8.5 miles via Orwell and Whaddon.Tthe afternoon is a shorter loop of 4.5 miles leaving from the front of the Stable Block at 2pm.

Lunch can be purchased in the restaurant, which shouldn’t be busy. There are tables in the stable yard if you bring your own food. Hot drinks can also be purchased there.
