Car Park opposite school before St Mary’s Church, Church Lane, Rougham IP30 9JJ

Take A11/A14 north east past Bury St Edmunds to exit at junction 45 signposted Gt Barton & Rougham.

At end of slip road turn left for Rougham and go under A14.  At T junction turn left for Rougham Green.  In half a mile turn left for Rougham Church.  Before church and just after school sign, turn left into car park entrance opposite school.  Exit for car park is opposite church.

The walk is approx 12 miles, 8 am and 4 pm going through 4 villages, 4 woods and passing some very old oak trees.  Lunch is in the White Horse pub at Beyton.  Those bringing sandwiches may eat them in the beer garden provided they buy a drink.
