Start of walk: The walk starts from All Saints Garden on Trinity Street (opposite Trinity College). Please note the later start at 10.15. This gives extra time for people to get to the start of walk via public transport.

Mileage: 13 miles (8.5+ 4.5) There is an option to return directly from Grantchester after lunch if one wants a shorter walk.

Lunch: Lunch will be in Grantchester.  It is advisable to bring a packed lunch on the day as the options for eating in Grantchester are limited in January. Packed lunches can be eaten in the church graveyard. The Orchard Tea Rooms and the Blue Ball pub are closed for the whole of the month. The Green Man has yet to re-open.  The Red Lion and Rupert Brooke are open but tend to focus on main meals only.
