A 13-mile circuit of the Timberland Trail, starting from the Marston Vale Forest Centre, Marston Moretaine, MK43 0PR.  The Forest Centre is clearly signposted by brown signs from the A421 and has ample parking (£1 donation requested), cafe and toilets.  A hilly walk with rewarding views; can be muddy after rain.  Lunch at the Prince of Wales, Ampthill.
