A pleasant walk over pasture and arable farmland, through and beside woodland in gently undulating SE Cambs at a comfortable pace.

Meet in Horseheath at the village sign on High St. Grid Ref: TL612472, approx post code: CB21 4QF. From Cambridge take A 1307. After approx 3.5 miles from Linton take a left fork onto High St.  The village sign is approx 500 yds. on your left. Stay on High St and park thoughtfully.

Our walk goes through Balsham to West Wratting for lunch at The Chestnut tree and returns via West Wickham. Approx 11.5 miles. The morning section is slightly longer than after lunch. OS Explorer Maps 209 and 210.
