The walk starts in Gt Abington. Take the A1307 from Cambridge, going over A11 at  Four Wentways, take first right into Abington past The Three Tuns on the left,  turn left at Post Office and park 200 yards on right on grass verge. Post code for the Post Office is CB21 6AB.

The walk is 7.7 miles in the morning, Gt Abington to The Crown in Linton for lunch via Chesterford Park. The afternoon is 5 miles via Hildersham.
