The walk will start at the private road to Voland Roofing, Twenty Pence Road, Cottenham, CB24 8SP, map ref TL 455 688. You will find their road to the right just off Twenty Pence Road (the B1049), as you leave Cottenham, travelling NW.  Please park to the right of this road leaving at least 15m space from the turn to the entrance to their yard, so that large delivery vehicles will have access.

We will follow a circular walk, along Cottenham Lode, the River Great Ouse, with lunch at The Duke, Willingham. We will return to Cottenham via Archie’s Way footbridge, to rejoin Cottenham Lode.

The walk is 13.0 miles; 9.0 miles in the morning and 4.0 in the afternoon.

The Duke has an extensive lunch menu with vegetarian options, including baguettes, jackets, chips, soup, salads and the famous pies and mash!  Please see www.doww.co.uk  for menus beforehand as the choice is large.
