The walk starts from the Abbey Pool car park, Pool Way. Whitehilll  Road, Cambridge CB5 8NT. Whitehill Road is off Newmarket Road.  Once on Whitehill Road take the third right onto Pool Way.

The walk is 14.5 miles with 7.75 miles in the morning and 6.75 miles in the afternoon.

We walk to Horningsea with a coffee stop opposite the Old School House in garden and mini recreation ground. We head to Anglesey Abbey  for lunch following Quy. Returning through Horningsea, Baits Bite Lock and  Newmarket Road crossing by Abbey Stadium.
